Orkney Rape Crisis
As part of International Women’s Day , Thursday 8th March, Orkney Rape Crisis is having an open door event where multi-agency staff, volunteers and supporters can visit their premises at 4 Gunn Close, Kirkwall.
The event runs from 8th-10th March , between 10am and 3pm.
“It may not feel like it, but you are not alone. There are people who want to help.”

If you don’t want to speak to someone local, you can phone or email the Rape Crisis Scotland helpline. It’s open every day. You might not want to talk to anyone for now. There are things you can do to help yourself, which other survivors have found helpful.
