Kirkwall Library, as part of a national scheme ran a Fun Palace day this Saturday, 6th of October.

There were 20 different activities and the place was heaving with kids and parents enjoying them selves I have only photographed a few as a peedie ” snapshot” of the day.

I was told that the “Orkney Rocks ” who performed earlier were excellent with the acoustics in the Library being wonderful.

A lot of work went into this day, Karen Walker the Head Librarian said a lot of it was down to Heather Balfour.
