The Overblikk restaurant at Orkney College have again produced a superbly cooked and presented Christmas lunch.

They are open for lunches in normal term time but you do have to book in advance .

You may take your own wine if you wish, that gives a golden opportunity for Ann Hill to demonstrate the correct method of serving wine to a customer .

The Overblikk is a training restaurant which trains our youngsters in cooking and serving food to a very high standard.

The cooks,didn’t they do well! Vegetables are frequently served overcooked, the ones these guys produced were superb.
