Lunch at The Sound Archive, Kirkwall

There was a small queue outside The Sound Archive when we arrived, however it was moving at a reasonable pace .
Immediately inside there was as by now the ubiquitous hand sanitiser station and a few internal socially distanced queuing places.
On the table there was a small form for you to fill in in your “Track and Trace” details. I quickly noted that it included time in and time out the table number and the name of the server . How elegantly simple and thorough !
In the event of a person testing positive for Covid and known to have been at The Sound Archive . Their records can not only identify the person who served them but the people on adjacent tables within a relevant time frame as well, instead of having to notify everybody that’s been in on that day .
