Unsettled with rain or sleet, heavy at times. Drier, clearer weather will spread south through the afternoon followed by a few wintry showers. Gale or severe gale force north or northeasterly winds, perhaps increasing storm force for a time. Maximum temperature 6 °C.

Tonight:
A cold and windy night with frequent showers of hail, sleet or snow, perhaps giving a covering in places. Strong to gale north to northeasterly winds. Some icy patches. Minimum temperature -1 °C.
Saturday 27th November:
Cold, strong northerly winds will bring frequent wintry showers, heavy at times especially across Shetland. Strong to gale northerly winds easing later. Maximum temperature 5 °C.
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:
Cold on Sunday, still a few wintry showers. Mainly dry on Monday, rain later in the day. Breezy with some showery rain on Tuesday.
