I was hoping that someone from Orkney would go to see the British Museum exhibition which includes items from the Ness of Brodgar dig, and that that person would write about it – and it’s happened!

Who better, or maybe I should say few better, than Antonia Thomas who has done so much work at the dig, including discovering the ‘Rosette’ stone – which is, for me, one of the prize finds…  https://www.nessofbrodgar.co.uk/dig-diary-thursday-july-28-2016/

For those of us who can’t get to this exhibition for one reason or another………here are Antonia’s responses to what she saw….next best thing to being there………….

And I’ll quote Robert Plant, again – “Oh! And it makes me wonder!”
