Staying dry with rather cloudy skies at first, especially over Shetland, then clear periods developing. Turning colder with a light southeasterly wind. Minimum temperature 3 °C.
Tuesday 22nd March:
It will be a dry, bright day with plenty of sunshine. A chilly start then becoming very mild, especially over Orkney. A light southeasterly breeze. Maximum temperature 14 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
High pressure close by will keep mostly dry, settled weather for the rest of the week. Sunny spells on Wednesday then cloudier skies on Thursday and Friday.
