Sunday 12th June:

Cloudy across Shetland with outbreaks of rain. Brighter across Orkney with scattered showers. Westerly or southwesterly winds easing after Saturday. Maximum temperature 14 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Mostly cloudy for the start of next week with outbreaks of rain at times, perhaps heavy and persistent on Wednesday. Occasionally fresh westerly or southwesterly winds.
