Rain spreading from the west for a time towards midnight, then drier and clearer with showers. Fresh to strong southwesterly wind, briefly gale force across Shetland later this evening. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Wednesday 25th January:

Sunny intervals and showers, briefly heavy with a chance of hail. Fresh to strong northwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Dry on Thursday. Cloudy on Friday with occasional rain. Breezy with a few showers on Saturday.
