Orkney’s Christmas Tractor Run 2023 amazed and delighted all those who came out to see it last night, 28th December.

Parading around the streets and outskirts of Kirkwall the Christmas Tractor Run is raising money for two local charities Crossroads Orkney and HomeStart Orkney.

It’s thought that around 162 tractors took part in the event which was organised by Orkney Agricultural Society, taking over 20 minutes to pass, starting and finishing at Orkney Auction Mart.

Tonight the Stromness Tractor Run will wind its way through the streets of the town from 6.30pm.
