A bright day with some sunny spells and a scattering of showers. It will feel chilly in the moderate to fresh north or northeast winds. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Tonight:

Showers continuing through the evening with some evening sunshine giving way to clear spells overnight. Chilly northerly winds falling light by dawn. Minimum temperature 5 °C.

Wednesday 25th September:

A few showers in the morning but otherwise a bright day with plenty Autumn sunshine, perhaps more cloud later for Orkney. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Winds continue to come from the northeast so feeling quite chilly towards the weekend with lots of bright weather and scattered showers.
