Today 28th November:

Apart from one or two light showers this morning will be dry with sunny spells. This afternoon will be dry with some brightness. Light west to northwesterly winds, backing southerly later. Cold. Maximum temperature 5 °C.

Tonight:

Rain and strengthening southerly winds will extend to Orkney by mid-evening and Shetland by midnight. Then the rest of the night will be cloudy with rain at times. Minimum temperature 4 °C.

Friday 29th November:

A cloudy day with rain at times but some drier interludes, these most likely in the afternoon. Fresh to strong southerly winds. A milder day. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Mainly dry and mild on Saturday, fresh southwesterly winds. Bright and windy on Sunday with a few passing showers. Colder with showers on Monday, turning wintry later.
