Today 14 February 💘

The morning will be dry with early sunny spells. Cloud will build steadily through the morning. Orkney will continue dry as outbreaks of rain push into Shetland through the afternoon. Maximum temperature 4 °C.

Tonight:

Rain will clear Shetland early in the evening to leave the Isles cloudy but dry for a time. Outbreaks of rain will push northeast across Orkney after midnight. Minimum temperature 0 °C.

Sunday 15 February :

Dry over Shetland at first but the band of rain soon moves northeast to Shetland, leaving Orkney dry for the afternoon. Maximum temperature 5 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Cloudy with outbreaks of rain Monday. Bright spells with frequent wintry showers for a time Tuesday and again during Wednesday.
