Digimon Ghost Game is the most recent series in the Digimon franchise which started with Virtual Pets and then expanded with an anime Digimon Adventure (which many people didn’t realize wasn’t the start of the franchise and thought it was just copying Pokémon).
Delving deeper into cyberspace you rescue three Digimon, Palmon, Terriermon and Hagurumon (which given the other 2 were very prominent in different anime series is a bit of an outlier).

Every Sunday now when I wake up, I put on the laptop head to Crunchyroll and sit down to watch the 2020 Series of Digimon Adventure.
