The exhibition currently on  at The Picky, Kirkwall is showing works by Lifestyles and the Soulisquoy Printers.

The project was designed by Antony Mottershead, the Council’s Arts Officer and  Ross Groundwater, the manager of the Lifestyles Services.

It was part funded by OIC and the Scottish Government and EU’s LEADER  fund.

Local artists Sheena Graham George and Angelica Kroeger held workshops which enabled the adults with a wide range of additional learning needs to produce their art works. A piece of public art for permanent display at the Lifestyles Centre is envisioned for the next phase of the project.

Tucked away past the cinema it is located at the top of the stairs before you reach the gym.

If you miss it in Kirkwall you can catch in Stromness at the Piers Arts Centre, Stromness from April 14th – 28th
