An Interview with Oceanallover Director Alex Rigg
Oceanallover’s performance at this year’s Orkney International Science Festival, ‘Orographic’, left the audience with a sense of wonder and curiosity – not quite sure of everything they had seen but knowing it had been something extraordinary.
The Orkney News caught up with Alex Rigg after the performance.
Orographic was performed on the hill which looms over Stromness – Brinkie’s Brae. It was a misty, windy atmospheric morning .
The audience was guided over the rough terrain and conducted into position becoming part of the performance.
