Another new positive #covid case recorded in Orkney

Today’s published figures for Scotland, 18 th of February are as follows

  • 685 new cases of COVID-19 reported
  • 21,280 new tests for COVID-19 that reported results – 3.8% of these were positive
  • 57 new reported death(s) of people who have tested positive 
  • 95 people were in intensive care yesterday with recently confirmed COVID-19
  • 1,261 people were in hospital yesterday with recently confirmed COVID-19
  • 1,354,966 people have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination and 24,169have received their second dose

The cumulative total for Orkney has increased by 1 and now stands at 70.
