The shopping event of the year will take place this Saturday, 30th of September, as Kirkwall BID has organised a series of great activities for its successful Girls Day Out.

Events include:

Tastings Galore: Discover the culinary delights of your local high street with a wide array of food tastings. From sweet treats to savoury bites, there’s something to please every palate.

First Glimpses: Some of our businesses will be launching new stock arrivals so you can be first to shop the autumn/winter selection.

Live Entertainment: visit the Kirkwall BID tent between 2pm and 5pm to have a boogie with Garriock’s Disco Orkney.

Fun and Games: We’ll have a fabulous photo booth for you to create lasting memories with friends and family, as well as a fun competition in the BID tent throughout the day.  There might be some sneaky prizes to be won too!

Fizz and Refreshments: Raise a toast to our local businesses with a glass of bubbly and refreshing themed beverages in our bars and restaurants. It’s the perfect way to add some sparkle to your day.

Pretty in Pink: Whilst you explore all that’s on offer in Kirkwall, you’ll be surrounded by perfectly pink window displays across the town.
