Shetland having a mixture of bright or sunny spells and only a scattering of showers. Orkney cloudy with showers or the odd longer spell of rain. Fresh to strong east or southeast winds. Maximum temperature 10 °C.
Tonight:
Remaining windy and showery this evening, the showers mainly across Orkney. The showers becoming well scattered overnight, Shetland mainly dry, and the winds easing. Minimum temperature 3 °C.
Tuesday 14th November:
Bright with some sunny spells and scattered or isolated showers, the showers most likely across Orkney. Light to moderate east or northeast winds. Maximum temperature 8 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Plenty of dry and settled conditions, although always the chance of showers. Winds mostly light with some bright and sunny spells by day, but chilly at night with frost possible.
