There were 7 seats to be allocated to the Highlands and Islands Region. The following political parties secured seats after the votes were distributed.
Reform UK : 2 seats , (up 2)

- Share of the vote 14.1% (up 13.8)
- The following were elected as MSPs, Vic Currie, Max Bannerman.
Scottish Greens: 2 seats, (up 1)
- no. of votes 21,935
- Share of the vote 10.9% ( up 3.5)
- The following were elected as MSPs, Arianne Burgess, Kristopher Leask.
Scottish National Party : 1 Seat
- no. of votes 54,011
- Share of the vote 26.9% ( down 13.5)
- The following was elected as MSP, Maree Todd.
Liberal Democrat : 1 Seat (up 1)
- no. of votes 47,437
- Share of the vote 23.6% (up 12.4)
- The following was elected as MSP, Morven-May MacCallum
Conservative : 1 Seat (down 3)
- no. of votes 20,334
- Share of the vote 10.1% (down 15.3)
- The following was elected as MSP, Tim Eagle

Labour 17 (down 4)
Reform UK 17 (up 17)
Scottish Green 15 (up 6)
Conservative 12 (down 19)
Liberal Democrat 10 ( up 6)
